We want you to absolutely love your lighting. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return and refund process easy, transparent, and stress-free—just the way it should be.
30-Day Return Window
Not in love with your purchase? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. Whether it's a change of heart or an unexpected issue, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Please note: We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at support@lumina-lamps.com with the subject “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to a fault or defect on our end.
Refunds – Processed Within 10 Business Days
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or faulty? We're so sorry! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
