2. How much is shipping?
We keep it simple: €4.95 flat rate shipping on all orders, regardless of size or location. No minimums. No surprises.
3. When will I receive my order?
Here’s a quick breakdown:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 7–15 business days (depending on your location)
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your home.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder—or just contact us and we’ll resend it.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
